We are highly trained specialists in pelvic floor dysfunction, inclusive but not limited to sexual dysfunction, pelvic pain, endometriosis, fertility, incontinence, pregnancy-related issues and pain, bowel issues, sexual trauma and general women's and men's health issues.
Responsibilities :
Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
Determines the nature of patient visits, explain relevant procedures, and processes paperwork as needed
Assist clients with scheduling initial appointments(over the phone and / or in-person), follow-ups, processing payments for service, and any further questions
Verify all patient account information is correct (DOB, Insurance, address, CC etc.)
Answer phones, emails and correspond to other forms of patient communication
Proactively optimize, monitor and manage practitioners schedules which includes helping to plan and maintain calendars, including practice events and staff meetings
Monitor and manage staff waitlists to optimize clinic performance
Keep all client / clinic files and spreadsheets organized for PT staff to access
General facilities support, r : e;inventory, laundry, cleaning, light plant care, organization
Enforce company policies (i.e cancellation, inclement weather, treatment for minors)
Resolve technological issues as needed if able
Maintain professional clinic appearance and environment
Receive mail and or packages and distribute accordingly
Serve as the chaperone for any client requesting one during intake
Coordinate with marketing director the rolling out of clinic wide specials
Facilitation of company events
Any other duties and tasks directed by the CD, RD or CMO
Collaborate / assist admin team members across locations
Qualifications :
Previous reception experience preferred, ideally in a clinical or outpatient setting
Ability to work effectively with a team
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
Computer Literate
Takes initiative on tasks without prompting
Can maintain sensitive and confidential patient information (HIPAA)
Strong interpersonal skills, both written & verbal are essential
