What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at Indigo Sky Llc?
Starting Rate: $19.93 an hour
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Helps develop and maintain all steps of the GO Rewards Loyalty Program.
2. Assists with the planning and execution of monthly displays and decorations necessary for events & promotions.
3. Assists with the completion of Gaming Regulations for submittals for promotions and slot tournaments.
4. Assist guests as casino promotions and events as necessary and as requested.
5. Meet and communicate with other departments to facilitate planning for casino promotions.
6. Provide guests at casino promotions and events information as necessary and as requested.
7. Researches promotions in cooperation with vendors and gaming machines and helps execute promotional events.
8. Determines equipment/merchandise necessary for promotional events to ensure the timely execution of said promotions.
9. Effectively plans, organizes and prioritizes a heavy workload with competing priorities.
10. Maintains a level of professionalism that will make guests want to return to Indigo Sky Casino.
11. Anticipates the guests needs and responds appropriately with a sense of urgency.
12. Effectively communicates with management in order to fulfill and address any issues and needs requested by guests or employees.
13. Assist the marketing staff with the execution of entertainment and all other marketing programs.
14. Presents oneself as a credit to the Company and encourages others to do the same.
15. Must work well under pressure, and meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.
16. Must at all times demonstrate ethical and cooperative behavior with guests, co-workers and management
17. Supports the Marketing team and Player Development team and their initiatives.
18. Adhere to all departments/company policies and procedures.
19. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: GED or high school diploma.
EXPERIENCE: Must have 3 years of Marketing experience to include events and entertainment. Must possess knowledge of the IGT System and Stratton Warren. 1 years casino analytics and advance excel knowledge.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to maneuver in and around the office and various areas of the casino/hotel. Must have the manual dexterity to operate computer keyboard and necessary equipment. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Be able to stoop, bend, lift and carry up to 20lbs. Ability to observe and react to handle guest questions and complaints.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform in casino operations containing smoke and second hand smoke with high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to work in fast paced environment, problem solving abilities and a high capacity for learning.
