At Motorola Solutions, we are ushering in a new era in public safety and security.Job DescriptionThe Business Development Team Lead - Strategic Accounts will be responsible for but not limited to the following : Create, nurture, and respond to sales opportunities and close sales orders within accounts assigned by the Sr. Director, Business Development, North America Create, manage, and maintain sales pipelines with assigned accountsPromote, train and sell MSI’s products and services through direct customer contact within the assigned geographic territory and accountsCreate, maintain, and execute business plans for assigned accounts and strategic alliancesWork with Global Sales Team members to execute and complete business plans for assigned accountsDevelop and maintain relationships at the Executive level with all assigned accountsService and maintain created partner programs for assigned accountsWork to identify new markets, partnering opportunities with accounts, new business plans and objectivesOversee and manage the sale of Avigilon and MSI products and services within the assigned accountsAssist the Sr Director in establishing clear, measurable goals for the team and ensure each team member is held accountable for reaching them Focus on the continuous improvement of the team, identifying the need for ongoing training, and provide recommendations to managementAssist in onboarding new team members, ensuring they are well-integrated into the team and equipped for success Other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications : Minimum 5 years of video security solutions or sales experiencePrevious experience with handling strategic accounts required Previous experience working with channel strategies and initiatives required Strong executive presence with experience working with cross-functional teamsStrong technical acumen and ability to speak about our products and solutionsProven record of achievement in delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationshipsStrong understanding of our go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy is requiredExcellent analytical, verbal and written communication skillsTime management skills are required, and candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environmentPrevious leadership experience preferred Ability to travel up to 80% of the time. Travel is throughout North AmericaTarget Base Salary Range : $67,1000 - $148,400 USDConsistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
