Position Summary:
Indio Management seeks a strategic, analytical, and customer-oriented Property Operations Specialist to join our team. The Property Operations Specialist works closely with the Regional Operations Manager, Senior Vice President of Operations and Regional Vice Presidents to improve operational efficiencies. The Property Operations Specialist handles various tasks associated with day-to-day operations of Multi-Family Management Company, responding to support tickets, maintaining data in systems and answering procedural questions promptly.
Essential Functions:
- Assist with company-wide projects, property support, troubleshooting, audit, marketing projects, and other projects as assigned by Regional Operation Manager.
- This includes working with various upper management when projects are assigned.
- Helps support and ensure successful company initiatives and operational roll-outs as needed.
- Respond to site staff support needs via ticketing system.
- May assist with site inspections at the properties for collection of property information.
- Work closely with Indio Management contacts to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Track common user errors to identify training needed.
- Establish and build strong customer relationships that allow for communication and trust.
- Partner with Corporate Staff on special projects and ensuring timely roll out and execution of new initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Competencies:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Experience in an administrative or customer support role or onsite property experience.
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot user issues within the softwares.
- Ability to multi-task, recognize and escalate issues as necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Solid customer service, communication, and analytical skillset.
- Familiar with property management software: ResMan, Avid, Yieldstar, Sight Plan
