JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resources Coordinator, Talent Acquisition is responsible for the administration and execution of various day-to-day operations with the Talent Acquisition Team. This includes serving as the primary point of contact for new hire onboarding, aiding in the recruitment process, and attending community events.

The actual range will vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position’s qualifications, and internal equity.

$18.00 per hour - $25.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (COMPETENCIES):
- Facilitates all aspects of the new hire onboarding process, including but not limited to initiating correspondence, guiding and supporting candidates, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required paperwork, and providing necessary information and resources to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Prepares paperwork for new employee orientation and is an active participant in facilitating the program on orientation day
- Monitors the progress and integration of new employees, identifying any challenges and providing support as needed
- Organizes and ensures that personnel files (digital and hard copies) are maintained
- Maintains compliance with pertinent federal and state laws and legislation as applicable to the recruitment/hiring process
- Promotes, coordinates, and actively participates in community and career engagement events (career fairs, speaking events, community events, etc.)
- Assists with employee event organization and execution
- Acts as a brand culture ambassador both internally and externally, building and maintaining professional collaborative relationships with external stakeholders
- Assists in conducting phone screens and scheduled interviews for prospective candidates
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in human resources recruitment is preferred
- Confidentiality, accuracy, and discretion
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to perform under pressure with accuracy and timeliness
- Provide own source of transportation for any local/day travel, including travel between Indium Corporation facilities
