Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be providing exceptional service to our diverse customer base. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products or services to enhance the customer experience. The right candidate will be someone who wants to work as part of a team in a recreational atmosphere.
Duties
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, or in person
- Accurately take and record payments
- Open and close the building depending on scheduled shift
- Work closely with directors with department tasks
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions though our database
- Ability to handle potential conflict and de-escalate
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers and coworkers
- Basic Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to be learn and ability to adapt on the fly
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
