We are seeking highly motivated students to participate in our summer development program. The program is designed for individuals who are currently enrolled full-time at an accredited four-year college or university.
Program Overview
The goal of the Indorama Intern Program is to equip interns with the skills and experience needed to succeed in their future careers. Under close supervision, interns will be responsible for providing technical support to assigned areas.
Main Tracks
We have two main tracks: Project Engineering and Reliability Engineering. After initial orientation, interns will be assigned to one of these tracks.
Real-World Projects
As a participant in this program, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, gain hands-on experience, and develop valuable skills. You will also receive guidance and support from experienced engineers and mentors.
Internship Requirements
The internship will run for 10 weeks, from start to finish. We require a commitment of 10 weeks. We are looking for students who are eager to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to assigned areas.
- Support engineers in the performance of assignments.
- Give a project presentation to the Site Leadership Team at the end of the internship.
- Maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
