What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Technician position at Indotronix International Corporation?
Locations : Southlake, TX 76092 or Branchburg, NJ
Duration : 6 months (possible extenstion)
Total : 40 Positions
Will need to work onsite from one of the following locations : 500 West Dove Road, Southlake, TX 76092 or 145 Chubb Way, Branchburg, NJ 08876
- Troubleshoot the wireless voice / data network architectures relating to system performance impairments in roaming, transport, hardware & software faults, translations, and voice / data elements.
- Apply knowledge of LTE networks and 5G technologies to resolve customer issues.
- Correlate customer complaints received from customer technical support with various network elements to resolve service impacting conditions.
- Drive troubles to resolution by engaging internal and external resources.
- Provide accu
- and timely documentation of actions.
- Work with external and internal organizations coordinating and troubleshooting network events.
- Perform triage, fault isolation, and remediation of network events.
- Analyse and interpret complex voice / data call flows and knowledge of call routing translations and dialling plans.
- Gene
- drive, and update problem-tracking tickets via multiple systems and continually improve business practices.
- NRB is a 24x7 operation, schedules may vary to include days, nights, and weekends
