Indotronix is seeking a Senior Risk Specialist in Pittsburgh-PA and multiple client locations
Position Title : Senior Risk Specialist
Location : Pittsburgh(PA), Cleveland(OH), Birmingham(AL), or Dallas(TX), expectation would be 3 days in office - hybrid is preferred
Duration : Contract to hire
Candidate preferred industry background :
Technology risk and operational risk background required
Candidate Technical and Skills Profile :
Key responsibilities :
Risk Professional for the Technology and Security Engineering Team. Manages a Risk Assessment Unit (RAU), writes and develops risk events and controls, and participates in incident calls to determine where control gaps exist. Enables Technology Engineering adherence with Technology risk management programs.
Supports execution of the Technology Engineering Team to meet business and regulatory expectations. Leads in the design and development of technology controls for specific technology risk management program components. Review current controls and how does it manage CLIENT risk appropriately
Provides Technology risk expertise while working with Technology teams, and other risk partners (e.g., Independent Risk Management, Compliance, Audit).
Partners with senior leadership to identify and document technology issues and remediation plans. Responsible for managing through to completion, reviewing evidence to close, and escalating if at risk.
Strong communication skills with senior leadership and committees and comfortable asking questions and challenging work sets
Leads and influences technology risk initiatives and business as usual activities. Identifies risk, assesses impacts, and makes recommendations on resolution. Reports and escalates risk and program compliance as appropriate.
Strong organizational skills and able to work on multiple work sets at a time while meeting deadlines
Must have technical skills / experience (ask for alternative / tool / version) :
Proficient in power point, excel, SharePoint
GRC tool experience
Development and management of internal risks and controls
Experience with issues management framework
ServiceNow (not development)
Experience with technology risk within Financial institutions
Microsoft Office Suite
1LOD, 2LOD, and / or 3LOD risk experience
Flex Skills : Experience in Visio
Experience in Tableau
CISA and / or CRISC certifications
