Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead and manage projects/programs from initiation through delivery. This role involves tracking and reporting the status of multiple initiatives, providing accurate updates, and ensuring executive-level communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational skill set in project management, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in delivering business-critical projects efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage programs and projects using established PMO practices and policies.
Track, report, and provide transparent updates on project statuses and deliverables.
Create executive-level reporting and provide status updates for all assigned projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives, establish schedules, and mitigate risks.
Hold teams accountable for deliverables and ensure projects launch successfully.
Adapt to different technologies, vendors, and internal stakeholders while driving project delivery.
Analyze project challenges and recommend actionable solutions using strategic thinking.
Facilitate operational readiness by ensuring cohesion, alignment, and governance within complex programs.
Develop and present status updates and recommendations to executives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and six or more years of relevant work experience.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining end-to-end project plans.
Proficiency in project tracking tools and systems to document milestones and ensure alignment.
Ability to balance resource allocation, budgets, and timelines while addressing potential risks.
Demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering executive-level presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Mobile and Home products and services.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Smartsheets.
Strong ability to influence stakeholders and align program objectives across teams.
Expertise in conducting risk analysis and ensuring program health and progress.
Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Advanced communication and presentation skills with a track record of executive-level reporting.
Ability to resolve conflicts collaboratively using a win-win approach.
Results-driven mindset with experience leading initiatives from inception to launch.
Creative problem-solving skills to address project challenges in partnership with stakeholders.
