Responsibilities
- Lead and execute maintenance tasks, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to ensure accurate maintenance and repair work.
- Perform preventative maintenance to enhance equipment reliability and longevity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
- Work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces, as required.
- Maintain and repair AC motors, PLCs, electrical controls, and industrial electronic systems.
- Operate welding and cutting tools, including wire welders, plasma cutters, and oxyacetylene torches.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing manufacturing equipment.
- Proficient in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Knowledge of LOTO procedures and safety regulations.
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, climbing, and working in various positions.
Compensation
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
