Description
Job Summary:
The Ticket Runner ensures overall maintenance of the property by troubleshooting and repairing all aspects of the apartments, leasing office, and property areas. This includes, but is not limited to plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, carpentry, appliances, painting and drywall.
Principal Responsibilities:

Must be willing to work on call as needed

Must have a professional, neat, and clean appearance daily

Schedules and completes preventative maintenance of units
-
Works within the safety guidelines outlined by the Maintenance Manager and/or the Company
-
With own maintenance tools, repairs structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors

May maintain and assist in the repair of HVAC systems as required

Maintains property by reporting issues and assisting with cleanup, landscaping, etc.

Executes electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks as required

Provides excellent customer service to residents and internal stakeholders

Prioritizes resident service requests/work orders and ensures they are completed in a timely fashion

Performs exterior building light checks and assists with repairs and replacement as required

Must be proficient in the use of general maintenance equipment, including, but not limited to, hand tools, paint equipment, electrical saws, ladders, and associated required safety equipment

Reviews closed tickets daily and seeks resident feedback

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: None
Experience: Minimum one (1) year maintenance experience in the multifamily property management industry
License/Certification(s): Valid Texas State Driver’s License
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
