This position pays $15-$16 / hour , and full-time team members enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting 30 days after hire.

Job Objective :

As a Night Auditor , you'll perform standard front desk duties while completing nightly audit procedures to ensure accuracy in daily financial records and a smooth transition into the next business day.

Key Responsibilities :

Guest Services :

Assist with guest check-ins / outs and make reservations.

Answer phone calls and valet cars.

Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

Nightly Audit Procedures :

Complete the nightly audit following brand and hotel standards.

Print, review, and file necessary reports, including downtime reports, folios, and CRM reports.

Deliver express check-out folios (zip outs) to guest rooms.

Submit required emails with financial reports to the corporate office.

Roll over the hotel's financial system (M3) post-audit.

Public and Back-of-House Areas :

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the pool, fitness center, and breakfast area.

Restock the Suite Shop, including the drink cooler and guest amenities.

Clean the front desk, back office, and lobby areas during the shift.

Operational Duties :

Count and balance the cash drawer at the start and end of the shift.

Complete valet reports and distribute copies accordingly.

Check and respond to faxes, group resumes, and special requests.

Communicate with incoming and outgoing shifts to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications :

To succeed as a Night Auditor, you'll need :

Skills :

Strong verbal and written communication.

Basic computational and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with the OnQ property management system (preferred).

Experience :

Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.

OnQ system training is a plus.

Language :

Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Ability to work effectively with a multilingual team.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift.

Capability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
