The Field Chief Technology Officer (Field CTO) is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the vision, securing business outcomes / value realization, and leading the customer’s transformation strategy from top down. The role will also be overseeing the technical direction, innovation, and establish the bridge between strategy and delivery.
Key aspects of the role include :
The Field CTO plays a crucial role in shaping and driving the customer’s transformation journey, driving innovation, and ensuring that the governance and technology initiatives align with their business objectives. This role requires continuous monitoring, measuring, and adjusting to keep the core team aligned and focused within a customer’s ever-changing landscape.
The Field CTO will work closely with IFS Sales Team on driving the joint strategy and IFS GCS to oversee execution. The Field CTO will primarily be engaged in the field with the customer, leading the IFS core team in collaboration with the customer to achieve a joint outcome.
