Position Summary:
The Service Manager directs the service personnel resources at the branch level to achieve corporate branch service quota levels and profit goals.
Essential Job Functions:
Manages, directs and motivates service people in a team effort to achieve branch ser- vice performance and service quota goals. Serves as liaison between service people and branch management.
Supports branch manager and salespeople in the development of the customer base.
Implements service programs and directs branch service strategy.
Communicates service progress, market conditions and competitive information, to branch manager and sales team.
Assesses skill level of service group, and requests training aid from branch manager.
Manages service logistics, interfaces with customers, plans work schedule, schedules service calls and dispatches service people. Processes work orders.
Manages branch warehouse and product inventories.
Assists branch manager to staffs branch service department.
Assists branch manager to manage branch building facilities.
Responsible for product pickup and delivery.
11. Responsible for the maintenance and condition of service vehicles and communicates issues to branch manager and corporate authority.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
