Job Description:
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing police & fire department relationships, ensuring the delivery of outstanding services, and driving customer satisfaction. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to understand client needs, provide solutions, and oversee project execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide strategic recommendations.
- Oversee project delivery and ensure client expectations are met on time and within budget.
- Manage the full lifecycle of client accounts, from onboarding to ongoing account maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure seamless client experience.
- Monitor client performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide proactive solutions.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients on performance metrics.
- Identify and drive opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services or products to meet our demanding customers’ needs.
- Resolve any client issues or concerns quickly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Five years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workplace
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client satisfaction goals.
