- Partner with Director of HR to develop and execute a comprehensive HR technology strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to identify technology needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Administer and maintain the design, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS, ATS, and other HR technology systems.
- Lead system configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting efforts to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance functionality and user experience across all HR technologies.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate systems and processes effectively
- Plan and execute HR technology projects, including new system implementations and integrations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on vendor selection, system integration, and change management.
