Essential Functions
Timekeeping Administration
- Accurately record and maintain employee work hours.
- Assist in preparing and submitting time cards for payroll processing.
- Address and correct any discrepancies or issues related to timekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations regarding timekeeping.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of consumables and production materials.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory usage and stock levels.
- Maintain and organize department records, including time cards, expense reports, and inventory logs.
- Ensure all records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to authorized personnel.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits and reviews.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing special projects and events.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the production manager or senior staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree a bonus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and travel coordination is a plus.
