Manufacturing Administrative Assistant
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Administrative Assistant. This role will primarily focus on providing administrative support to our manufacturing department, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. Responsibilities may include data entry, report generation, inventory management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the manufacturing department- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities- Assist in managing inventory levels and supply orders- Coordinate meetings and communicate information to internal teams- Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making processes- Assist with other tasks as needed to support manufacturing operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
