JOB DUTIES Provide support to customers and Territory Managers in the quoting, selling, ordering and invoicing process. Effectively communicate with Customers and Colleagues through Telephone, Web Meetings, Email, Texting, Fax, and Counter Sales. Process sales orders, generate purchase orders, coordinate delivery needs and invoice completed orders. |

WORK HOURS AND ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm; evenings, weekends and holidays as required. |

WORKING CONDITIONS Office, warehouse, shop environment. |

ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED Enthusiastic team player with individual initiative. |

SUPERVISORY DUTIES None. |
