Responsibilities
Join our team and you will be primarily responsible for performing a range of accounting and clerical tasks related to the accounts payable function. This includes receiving, processing, and verifying invoices, and processing payments. You will be an integral part of a growing company that is financially stable. You will…
- Code and key invoices
- Print checks on a weekly basis
- Verify and approve Concur expenses from employees
- Check and deliver mail daily
- Reconcile utilities and phone bills
- Provide accounting with utilities accrual
- Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
- Advanced Communication Skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge
- We require the ability to pass a drug test and background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some accounting-related experience
