Inside Sales - Key Account Specialist

Candidates expected to have minimum of 2 years of working experience in some type of sales environment. We will train and support gaining knowledge concerning our markets and equipment.
Job requirements: This position is a “value-add and “problem solver” resource for our customers. This position is the customer’s guide, ensuring the right support resources are working with the customer and searching for the right solution. The successful candidate with be involved in all aspects of the , (Sales, Quoting, Operations and Business Functions).
The primary responsibilities of Inside Sales include but not limited to:
- Customer Reach Out: Phone calls, Texts, Emails, Video Conference, and Visits.
- Building “Real” relationships with the Customer and Company. Always Available.
- Main “point of contact” for the customer. Able to navigate the needed and required resources.
- Selling Parts and Field Service Jobs supporting the rotary Dryer, Kiln and Grinding Mill equipment segment.
- Territory Sales Plan and Execution. Multi-state territory areas.
- Organizing information and clear communication.
Must live in the Louisville metro area.
