Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound B2B sales calls to build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Manage inbound sales calls, assisting customers with product inquiries and order placements.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client needs professionally and promptly.
• Accurately enter customer data, sales orders, and account details into the system.
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with clients.
• Support branch operations by collaborating with team members and other departments.
• Maintain an organized workspace to ensure smooth call center operations.

Qualifications

• Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computer systems.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Preferred:
• Prior experience in a call center or B2B sales environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
