Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 (pay based on experience)

Job Duties
- Design, implement, and improve safety policies and procedures.
- Align all safety practices with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with management to establish safety goals and performance metrics.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels.
- Equip the team with resources and materials to stay informed on best practices.
- Foster a culture where safety is understood and prioritized.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations on all projects.
- Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and assessments to identify risks.
- Create and implement corrective action plans.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and safety violations.
- Document findings and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure incidents are reported in line with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
- Lead drills and training exercises to prepare the team for emergency situations.
- Encourage reporting of safety concerns and suggestions.
- Recognize and reward employees for prioritizing safety.
- Build a shared sense of responsibility across teams.
- Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 30, BCSP, IASHEP, NCCER).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in safety management, preferably in industrial construction.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA and other regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High-risk activity training certifications (e.g., Energy Isolation, Trenching, Confined Space).
- Ability to navigate industrial construction environments.
- Comfort working on elevated platforms, confined spaces, or noisy areas.
- Physical capability to climb, lift up-to 40 pounds, and perform hands-on safety evaluations.
- Valid driver’s license and insurability (if driving is required).
