Accounts Receivable – full cycle, billing, cash receipts, and collections
20-day notices, Prelien and Waiver management
COI management
Project kick-off and closeout of accounting processes
Job costing, reporting & analytics
Open commitments management
Overhead rate calculations & allocation
Prequalification Packages
Skills you’ll need to help you get the job done:
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel functions
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills required to apply learned subject matter and technical
knowledge to reach conclusions from data collection
What makes you stand out from the rest:
Increasing experience in construction accounting
Foundation or Spectrum software experience
4 plus years as a Project Account
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field; extensive experience may be substituted for a
degree

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 starting salary, depending on skills and qualifications
