Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with a background in manufacturing to oversee and coordinate the maintenance team and ensure the operational efficiency of all machinery and equipment. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage maintenance operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained according to company safety standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify maintenance needs and implement solutions.
- Coordinate work orders, assign tasks, and manage maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor inventory levels of repair materials, parts, and equipment, and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Provide training and development for the maintenance staff to enhance skills and ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for all machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.
