Job Description The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of 15 employees, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining production targets, and upholding safety and quality standards. This position reports directly to the Production Manager and plays a key role in driving efficiency and team performance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily production/warehouse activities to meet operational goals. Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 employees, ensuring high performance and engagement. Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements. Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards in line with company policies. Track and report production metrics, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Communicate effectively with the Production Manager regarding challenges and solutions. Train employees on best practices, safety protocols, and operational procedures. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency. Job Requirements Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED required (higher education is a plus). Manufacturing or warehouse experience required (supervisory experience required). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Understanding of safety regulations and quality control. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, production tracking software).
