Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality control processes in our food and beverage manufacturing plant. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet or exceed all regulatory and customer requirements for safety, quality, and consistency. This individual will manage a team of quality control technicians, ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, and drive continuous improvement in our quality systems.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program that meets or exceeds all regulatory and customer requirements
- Lead and manage a team of quality control technicians to ensure all products meet specifications
- Conduct audits and inspections of the manufacturing facility to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and GMPs
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans to address quality issues
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain
- Drive continuous improvement in quality systems and processes
- Manage the plant's HACCP program and ensure all employees are properly trained on food safety and quality procedures
