Electromechanical Repair Technician – Day Shift | Full-Time | Onsite
Location: Northvale, NJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

We’re seeking a skilled Electromechanical Repair Technician to support the maintenance and repair of high-performance riveting tools used in advanced manufacturing environments—including automotive, aerospace, and industrial assembly lines.
Our tools are more than just mechanical—they integrate with robotic systems and communicate with PLCs for smart, high-speed production. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with cutting-edge and collaborate with a small, experienced technician team committed to precision and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical tools and systems used in production settings
Calibrate, align, and test equipment to meet stringent performance standards
Update firmware and use diagnostic software to maintain tool functionality
Document repairs and maintenance using our internal digital systems
Partner with Engineering, Production, and Field Service teams to resolve tool performance issues
What We’re Looking For:
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
3–5 years of experience in equipment repair, preferably in manufacturing or industrial tools
Proficiency with hand tools, schematics, and diagnostic equipment
Experience or familiarity with PLC systems or robotic integration is a plus
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a tight-knit team
