Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical control system malfunctions in pump systems, electric motors, Single and 3 phase AC/DC motors & controls.
- Analyze circuitry, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), and other control components to identify and resolve issues.
- Install and set up new electrical control systems for motors and pumps.
- Program and configure PLCs and VFDs to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for electrical control systems.
- Perform regular inspections and tests to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Provide technical support to customers regarding control system operation and troubleshooting.
- Assist customers in optimizing the performance of their motor and pump systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards during installations and repairs.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience troubleshooting, programming along with preventative maintenance of electrical control systems.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience troubleshooting, maintaining pump and electrical motors.
Salary : $32 - $40
