Industrial Supplies Company is a leading privately-owned Industrial Distributor in the South Florida area. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our office staff. We provide industrial maintenance, repair and operating (MRO) supplies to manufacturing, utility, and service organizations. Our customers include Fortune 500 companies as well as small and medium sized companies. A background or previous experience with office work is helpful but not required for this position. Duties include handling incoming phone calls and email from customers, receiving goods into our computer system, confirming orders to prepare for invoicing, monitoring freight charges for accuracy, expediting vendor and customer orders and preparing freight manifests for motor carrier pickups,.
