We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our Office Staff.
Duties
- Customer Invoicing.
- Inventory receiving and matching with Purchase Orders.
- Accounts Payable entry.
- Accounts Receivable entry.
- Monthly sales tax submittal.
- Filing
- Answering the office phone.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a Distribution or Supply company a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
