Job Summary:
Industrial Warehouse Enterprises Inc. is a family owned and operated custom warehousing and distribution facility. We are expanding our workforce to achieve greater success with our distribution needs and looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working warehouse associate with an attention to detail.
The warehouse associate is responsible for safely performing various tasks that support warehouse operations by filling and receiving orders in a timely and efficient manner. Duties include loading and unloading trucks, receiving raw materials and products, and picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, and/or shipping products.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving, processing, labeling and storing incoming inventory/product
- Accurately picking and fulfilling orders, assembling, packaging products, and ensuring proper shipment of goods
- Inspecting all inventory/product for damages and reporting as necessary
- Maintain safe and clean work environment, by routinely organizing and cleaning warehouse space and optimizing utilization
- Perform inventory controls, keeping quality standards high for audits
- Safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks and shrink wrap equipment
- Practice safe work habits in accordance with company protocols and all regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with warehouse operations
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and customer service
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certifications preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Ability to perform physical demands of the job, including lift 50lbs or more without assistance
- Ability to stand comfortably for six or more hours at a time
- Valid state driver’s license
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing
- 49CFR and IATA dangerous goods training (compliant to ATS requirements within 30 days of hire)/HAZMAT Certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
