Reporting to the VP of Manufacturing, you will be a key figure in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Lewisville, TX. This role presents an outstanding prospect for a seasoned Production Manager to provide strategic leadership and drive operational excellence.
Role Summary :
We are seeking a candidate with a robust background in manufacturing, particularly within the food / beverage, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics industry. As the Operations Manager, you will lead a team of production supervisors and related staff, ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations to deliver high-quality products that meet customer requirements.
