Service Sales Representative

The Service Sales Representative is an entry-level sales role focused on account management and business development within the assigned territory, in which candidates may live in Akron, OH to Canton, OH. This position combines proactive daily sales activities and account management with receiving and delivering specimens and supplies. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter looking to grow their career in sales while providing excellent service to current accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and perform 10 cold call activities daily to generate new business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients and earn bonuses for each scheduled meeting (estimated $300-$800 per week).
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, fostering trust and satisfaction.
- Record all activity, including client interactions and sales progress, into the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Manage account-related logistics, including receiving and delivering specimens and supplies to and from client locations.
- Maintain a professional and well-organized company vehicle.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales and service objectives.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and service improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet organizational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or related coursework preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Residence in the Akron, OH or Canton, OH area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a "go-getter" attitude and an eagerness to learn.

Compensation:
- Total compensation: $48,000-$72,000 (estimated)
- Base: $35,000 annually
