- Answer and direct telephone calls
- Greet Customers / Prospective Customers and Visitors - Direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Input loans into the core system
- Review loans for accuracy after they are input into the core system
- Contact insurance companies for updated policy information
- Assist Loan Processors with general loan administration tasks
