Job description
Indy Developmental Residential Service (Indy DRS) is seeking a dedicated and motivated Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering essential support and services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to design and execute personalized care plans.

Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assessments to identify the needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Develop tailored care plans based on assessment findings
- Provide direct support and services to individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Monitor and track progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans
- Work closely with families, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes for clients
- Keep accurate, up-to-date documentation and records
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program management or related roles.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage a team.
- Ability to assess and resolve issues related to client care and program implementation.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to program management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
