Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install products according to specifications and company standards.
• Conduct site assessments prior to installation to ensure proper planning and execution.
• Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the installation process.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Document installation processes and maintain accurate records of completed work.

Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in installation or construction preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues that may arise during installations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials when necessary.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
