INEOS Composites is a global chemical business with sales volume of 320 kte and revenue in excess of $1 billion. The Composites business has 6 manufacturing operations in the US, 1 in Brazil, 4 in Europe, 2 in China along with offices and headquarters in Ohio, Barcelona and Shanghai. The Composites Business primary products include unsaturated polyester resins (UPRs), vinyl ester resins (VERs) and gel coats.
INEOS has an exciting opportunity for a Material Coordinator to join our INEOS Composites business at our Neville Island, PA location. This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the Manufacturing function. This position will report to the Administration Manager.
Key Responsibilities of the position include, but not limited to:
- Manage all daily drum and package shipment(s) with carrier(s) including tendering and creating all hazardous and non-hazardous paperwork that is required for daily shipment(s)
- Manage customer drum orders with the CSR group according to inventory limitations
- Manage all export shipments of hazardous and non-hazardous materials
- Manage all hazardous and non-hazardous paperwork required for daily bulk shipments
- Assist maintenance in shipping requirements, i.e., equipment repairs, return goods, etc.
- Managing custody of plant inventory. Processes include moving inventory, maintaining inventory accuracy and managing problem inventory
- Ensure all transactions in SAP are performed in a timely and effective manner. Such transactions to include shipping and receiving
- Be flexible to cover other roles to include purchasing and receiving
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-2 years’ experience in Logistics
- Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus!
The following skill sets are preferred by the business unit:
- Experience using SAP and Office 365 software
- Knowledge of shipping hazardous materials
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
