Job Description
As a Project Implementation Specialist in the Construction Department at INEOS Pigments, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of construction projects. Your main responsibilities will include participating in project development activities and constructability reviews, managing contractor leads, labor resources, equipment, and rental cranes based on priorities and material availability, planning, coordinating, and monitoring the activities of construction teams to ensure output targets, functional specifications, action item response, customer service expectations, and quality requirements are met. You will also develop project action plans and scheduling targets with input from all team members to satisfy the needs of key stakeholders (Ops, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering).
This is a salaried exempt position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of supervisory or leadership experience in plant maintenance and/or construction and must be able to read blueprints and P&IDs. Knowledge and understanding of contracts, as well as functionality with various computer programs such as SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, are also essential.
