You will also oversee the talent management lifecycle including annual goal setting, coaching and feedback, development programs, performance management, succession planning, employee relations and the progressive discipline process.

Salary:
Starting salary of $87,000 per year and great benefits available!
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 10 years of HR experience
- 5 years of leadership experience
- 3 years of HR experience in a warehouse or production environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable in front of small and large audiences
- Flexibility and adaptability; ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all internal and external hiring programs are successfully executed, in close partnership with AEO
- Recruiting and the DC HR team; demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset
- Developing and leading new hire assimilation, onboarding and retention goals
- Measuring and tracking retention/engagement metrics to draw meaningful insights that can be translated into further actions
- Leading and coaching direct reports through a wide array of HR topics
- Successfully executing all talent management and learning programs
- Working across the DC management team to help define annual performance and development goals
- Building and delivering development programs to deepen talent bench strength
- Mobilizing direct reports to efficiently meet and exceed established goals and milestones
- Overseeing performance management programs
