Inergroup is hiring immediately for Warehouse Line Lead jobs in Hebron, KY. As a Warehouse Line Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that the production line is actively engaged to meet daily customer demand and production schedule. You will also provide effective training to the line cell and ensure safety and quality standards are always maintained. Weekly pay starting at $18 - $20 / hr.
Responsibilities :
- Arrive early and walk to your line and make sure its 100% ready for start up
- Works with supervisor and other line leaders to manage and prioritize staffing assignments to ensure customer demand and the production schedule are met.
- Responsible for the safety, quality, and line efficiency of each production run.
- Take line attendance daily
- Train new employees
- Responsible for tracking and obtaining daily production goals
