Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior plans and providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential client medical records
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective implementation of behavior management strategies
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality at all times
  
  

Qualifications

• Active RBT Credential in good standing
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with individuals and their families
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members
• Proficiency in behavior management strategies
• Willingness to learn and follow behavior intervention plans accurately

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
