Infenergy is a residential solar sales & installation company through out several states in the southeast and the mid-west. It was founded in Florida by LSU alumni and Louisiana natives. We are expanding in Louisiana currently to take care of our home!
Job Description
This is a door to door sales position for those looking for a challenge, self development, life coaching, and of course infinitely scalable income based on one's effort levels
Coaching is provided by your local sales manager and also private coaching from our CEO Drew-Michael Louviere who was listed in Forbes 30 under 30 (former door knocker)
Coaching covers not only sales but also general life coaching as success in sales is connected to internal self confidence and peace of mind
Income is based on the size and quantity of systems sold. We do not cap our sales reps, the more they sell, the more they make
Sales training happens M-F in the afternoon before hitting the doors into the evening. The schedule varies with the time of year and sunlight
New Reps will be invested in heavily with oversight from sales veterans
Culture
The sales team is essentially a sports team with fun competitions and incentives
Incentives include, clothing, cars, trips to Europe, Vegas etc
(To be transparent the high end prizes obviously are going to top earners and one must work very hard to achieve this)
The team forms a strong bond with members as they hold each other accountable to hit their goals
Opportunity
This is a new section of the company with new high end positions open for the taking
Equity is offered to those who assist greatly in our expansion process
Requires skills
We obviously prefer sales experience but we also enjoy molding the inexperienced
Competitive background (sports, gaming, academics, anything where high effort was rewarded)
Grit: door to door is not for the faint of heart, only the boldest of individuals are cut out for this development
During interviews we are selective with who we bring on to develop as we do not want to invest energy in someone that is a quitter/weak minded

Pay: $75,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
