Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos) for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Strategy Development: Plan and execute social media campaigns to align with marketing goals and brand messaging, ensuring consistent tone and style across platforms.
- Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and build strong relationships with our audience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics or platform insights, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain fresh and relevant.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integration of social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Paid Advertising: Manage social media ad campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and visual storytelling skills with a knack for creating compelling content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Experience with paid social advertising campaigns is a plus.
