JOB DESCRIPTION:
Inferno Systems is searching for a Desk Officer to take on the task of managing dynamic and impactful projects critical to customer mission success. This position requires an understanding of drafting and coordinating communications with stakeholders and field elements as well as coordination with internal and external partners. You will provide periodic updates to managers on projects and be able to distill technical details for a non-technical audience.
JOB SUMMARY:
You will be working closely with project managers, technical operations officers and field elements to manage HUMINT and other projects. You will help achieve mission success by keeping track of multiple tasks concurrently, prioritizing work items and objects, and managing project documents and reports. You will conduct traces and open-source research while collaborating with internal and external partners.
You will work closely with the customer on new and existing projects in a dynamic environment where customer needs may change quickly and non-traditional operations require agile responses. While this position is non-technical in nature, an understanding of cyber security principles, network technologies and layers as well as commercial engagement would be helpful.. You will be supported by a team of cyber security experts who will advise and assist in managing any technical issues.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 7 years in Desk Officer or similar experience including managing projects and communications.
- Experience writing and managing required project documentation and reports.
- Experience with HUMINT cases.
- Understanding of computer networking concepts and principles.
- Understanding of security risks and mitigations.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and a team player who is willing/eager to learn.
- Self motivated and the ability to motivate others in a positive, team environment.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
