This is a freestanding facility on the Genesis Hospital campus.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Social Work
- Ohio licensed as a LSW or LPC.
- Candidate MUST also be certified as a Chemical Dependency Counselor (CDC).
- Anyone lacking a CDC certification upon submission will be closed immediately.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
