Job Description:
We are looking for a Mid-Level QA Tester to join our team. This role primarily focuses on manual testing to ensure product quality meets business requirements. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to execute tests, identify defects, and help improve the testing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, write, and execute manual test cases to ensure software functionality meets the requirements
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide testing-related suggestions
- Document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution
- Conduct functional testing, regression testing, and exploratory testing to maintain product stability
- Work closely with the development team to reproduce and analyze bugs, optimizing the testing process
- Provide test reports, analyze results, and suggest improvements
- Maintain and improve testing documentation to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing, with strong knowledge of manual testing processes
- Strong bug detection and analytical skills, with the ability to accurately describe issues
- Familiar with JIRA, TestRail, or other test management tools
- Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation is preferred
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and able to communicate effectively with the team
- Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and self-motivation
Nice to Have:
- Some experience with test automation (e.g., Selenium, Appium)
- Experience in Kiosk devices, POS systems, IoT devices testing
- Familiarity with Linux command line and basic server log analysis
