he current process is very manual where the change initiating team is required to fill in a form and then certain reviews and approvals are conducted based on manual risk assessment of the change. They are trying to implement the risk modeling using data coming from ServiceNow, so it must be tightly coupled with it. The person should have hands-on experience with such rick profiling/modeling
The new change: experienced AIOps experienced person's profile. We must double down on building a production readiness scoring engine and that would require a person with experience in the ServiceNow on this PRR subject area and AIOps. Predictive Intelligence for Change Management capability
