- Employ the nursing process throughout the patient's hospitalization, ensuring care is tailored to meet each patient’s unique circumstances.
- Assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate patient care for a designated group of patients.
- Maintain a keen awareness of disease processes and anticipated treatments, proactively managing potential complications.
- Develop and document a comprehensive patient care plan based on assessments and medical diagnoses, prioritizing nursing actions accordingly.
- Deliver care independently with minimal supervision while responding effectively to life-threatening situations based on established nursing standards.
- Record significant changes in patient conditions and promptly communicate any critical developments to the appropriate healthcare provider.
